A third-generation Salinas resident, Mario grew up in a family that farmed strawberries in Watsonville and the Salinas Valley. He attended local schools and has maintained deep community ties ever since, continuing to live in Monterey County today with his wife and three daughters. He is also the first in his family to graduate from high school and pursue higher education — a milestone he carries with pride.
Mario brings a strong finance and business background to his real estate work. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance and international business from Santa Clara University and an MBA in food and agriculture with a finance specialization. Alongside his real estate career, he leads a product development team in the food and agriculture industry.
Clients know Mario for his work ethic, sales results, professionalism, and negotiation skill — and for making the process simple and fun along the way.
